Hardness (Non Destructive on PU PAD at 20% Deflection) :-
Cushion : 22 ± 4.5 Kgf.
Back Rest : 17.5 ± 2.0 Kgf.
Seat Outer frame is made of Ø22.22 X 1.63 MM Thk conforming to S:3074-1979.
General Tolerance of Foam ± 10 mm.
General Tolerance on metal parts ± 2 mm Powder Coating.
Operating Force for all the mechanism with slider lever, Recliner lever and height adjuster lever
should remain between 3 to 5 kgf.
Maximum slider travel 165 mm
Marked dimensions are critical.
Sliding force is 8 to 10 kgf at 70 kg load.
