Upholstery Material Is as per approval received from customer.
PU PAD Specification ( As per JIS K6401) :-
Hardness (Non Destructive on PU PAD at 25% Deflection) :-
Cushion : 23 ± 4 Kgf.
Back Rest: 17.5 ± 3 Kgf.
Seat Outer frame is made of Ø22.22 X 1.63 MM thk conforming to IS:3074-1979.
General Tolerance of Foam ± 10 mm.
General Tolerance on metal parts ± 2 mm
Surface finish on metal parts : Zinc Plating/Passivation and Black Powder Coating.
Operating Force for all the mechanism with slider lever, Recliner lever and height adjuster lever
should remain between 3 to 5 kgf.
Maximum slider travel 128 mm
Marked dimensions are critical.
Sliding force is 8 to 10 kgf at 70 kg load.
